OLLIE

Ollie has been a coach for over 10 years, helping individuals transform their lives and reach their fitness goals.

​

From a young age, he’s always been involved in sport – playing football, swimming, and practising jiu-jitsu. With a strong background in Strength & Conditioning, Ollie brings a wealth of knowledge to his coaching and training.

​

He offers 1-to-1 sessions tailored to your needs, whether you're prepping for a competition or looking to improve how you look and feel. Ollie’s ready to help you take the next step.

HOLLY

Holly’s fitness journey began with a strong sporting background, having represented Scotland in lacrosse – where she discovered her love for fitness and training.

​

She started out in powerlifting before moving into bodybuilding, competing as a bikini athlete and securing 2nd and 3rd place finishes in competitions. These days, Holly has transitioned into functional fitness and enjoys training in CrossFit.

​

She coaches clients both in-person and online, helping them achieve goals ranging from fat loss and muscle building to improved fitness and strength.

ALEX

Alex has always had a passion for sport and fitness, playing football for both school and college before taking his skills into the gym.

​

He’s been coaching for three years, supporting a wide range of clients in achieving their unique fitness goals. Alex specialises in weight management and strength development, and also offers support and prep for ATHX and Hyrox events.

​

He is now available for 1-to-1 coaching and will also be teaching a range of classes here at The Fitness Lab.

LUCY

Lucy has been a personal trainer for over eight years and has proudly represented Yorkshire in both swimming and football.

 

Her passion lies in CrossFit and Olympic lifting, and she has competed in several CrossFit events.

​

As a mum of three, Lucy understands the challenges of balancing fitness with everyday life. Her mission is to educate, empower, and motivate her clients to reach their full potential.

Lucy is now leading classes and offering 1-to-1 coaching.

MAX

With over nine years of coaching experience, Max has helped countless people transform their lives through fitness.

​

He has a strong background in CrossFit, having competed in several competitions and completed his CrossFit Level 1 alongside various Strength & Conditioning certifications.

​

Max is now teaching classes and offering 1-to-1 sessions at The Fitness Lab. Whether you're looking to improve technique, strength, or overall fitness – Max is here to help.

GABBY

Gaby began playing football at a young age and went on to captain Huddersfield Town Ladies for seven years. Her success in the sport earned her a soccer scholarship in the USA, where she also studied Sports & Exercise Science.

​

She has coached a variety of sports and is currently involved in Strength & Conditioning for youth teams at Huddersfield Rugby Union.

​

Whether you're aiming to boost athletic performance, build strength, or simply move better, Gaby is here to support you. She’ll be teaching classes from 1st September and offering 1-to-1 sessions
